Agreement to terms
By accessing the Mondo Miami website and utilizing our concierge services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Concierge services and booking terms:
Mondo Miami acts as an independent concierge service and destination management company. We facilitate bookings for luxury hotel and private home stays, private yacht and air charters, exotic car rentals and transfers, cultural tours, restaurant and nightlife reservations, and VIP event access.

All bookings are subject to availability and to the specific terms of the third-party service providers.

Reservations are not guaranteed until a deposit has been received.

Cancellation policy is noted on all invoices and during time of booking. Receipt of payment acknowledges agreement to these conditions.

In some cases, an up front coordination fee will be required prior to creation of an itinerary. This fee will be put towards the cost of a confirmed booking.

Mondo Miami reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Limitation of liability:
While Mondo Miami meticulously vets all our partners, we are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of any independent third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for delays, injuries, or property damage resulting from services provided by these external vendors.
Governing law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the jurisdiction of Miami-Dade County.
